She’s always possessed a certain mystique, and Angelina Jolie says it’s because she’s a little off of her rocker.
"There's certainly a side of me that isn't completely... sane. Or completely 'even' all the time. We all have our dark sides.”
Jolie continued, “I grew up in front of everybody, really… the big years of exploration,” therefore everyone got to see her fumbling to cope with her fame.
“People tend to sum up times in your life and simplify. I would say there's a way of being bold when you're young that seems very brave. ... What's perceived as tough is a very funny thing. I think to be a parent is one of the scariest, boldest things to do, as opposed to, um, getting a tattoo. ... Much more than jumping into a pool when you're 20."

Angelina Jolie introduced fans at Comic-Con to her stunt double: Angelina Jolie.
The movie is about a CIA agent, Evelyn Salt (Jolie), who is accused of being a Russian spy and spends the rest of the movie alternately trying to escape and prove her identity. The actors talked about some of the difficulties they faced making movie.
Jolie, who did her own stunts, said that during “one of the easiest stunts,” she rolled into a desk and cut her head.
For a minute, she thought she had really hurt herself because she couldn’t hear anything, she said.
“I’d forgotten I had my earplugs in, for the gun,” she said to laughter.
Schreiber said he was less eager to do action stunts than Jolie. Before he agrees to do a stunt, he said he thinks about how long he’s going to end up spending with his feet in ice, whether he’s going to hurt his back and whether he’s going to tear his clothes.
